Hormonal concerns take 3 months to correct and sometimes even longer depending on their severity and the length of time you’ve struggled with your symptoms. Imbalances do not occur overnight and they require time and patience to correct if you are looking for long-term resolution.
The dietary recommendations will change throughout the program. We start with a 2-week Hormone Detox and this is the only time period where we encourage you to be more restrictive for the sake of assessing food sensitivities, rebooting your metabolism, reducing inflammation and supporting the liver. Often patients feel much better after the detox and are motivated to maintain these lifestyle habits.
Yes! All dietary recommendations and recipes given have modification options for vegetarians and vegans.
While supplement suggestions may be provided, you are certainly not required to make any purchases. While we do find that they commonly help accelerate participants’ results, they are certainly not a must. The biggest contributors to your levels of improvement are the dietary and lifestyle shifts you would be willing to make. We will provide you all the tools you need!
